The Quercus Cooperative has developed several iterations of ready-to-build ADU/ Guest Houses in compliance with the zoning bylaws of all 6 towns of Martha’s Vineyard.
Single Family Homes
We are in the home stretch of finishing our first custom-designed, new-build as a Cooperative — a 2400 SF home with full foundation and in-law’s apartment..
Renovations/ Additions
The Quercus Coop also creates solutions for existing buildings. Our first Reno/ Addition is also currently in construction.
